Setup, Compatibility & Care
These shoes require no "break-in" period due to the supple leather and soft interior, though they should be worn with appropriate socks to maximize the OrthoLite footbed’s moisture-wicking efficiency. To keep your pair in optimal condition:
- Cleaning: Wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For tougher stains, use a dedicated leather cleaner.
- Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner every few months to prevent the material from drying or cracking.
- Moisture: If the shoes get wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent the leather from warping.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and use shoe trees if you want to maintain the specific silhouette of the upper.
