Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your HOKA Challenger 8 trainers last, it is important to perform regular maintenance. After muddy or dusty trail runs, allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can degrade the foam integrity. Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried dirt from the lugged outsole to maintain grip effectiveness. For sizing, ensure a thumb-width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to account for foot swelling during long runs. If the shoes become damp, remove the insoles to facilitate faster drying.
