Troubleshooting
Duvet cover doesn't fit duvet properly
Ensure you have selected the correct size duvet cover for your duvet. Double-check the product label for size information.
Color fades after washing
Follow the care instructions strictly, washing inside out in cold or lukewarm water and avoiding harsh detergents or bleach.
Pillowcase doesn't fit pillow
Verify that the pillowcase size matches your pillow dimensions. If using standard pillows, this should not be an issue.
Fabric feels stiff after washing
Ensure you are not using fabric softener if it's not recommended, and consider a low-heat tumble dry or air dry to maintain softness.
