FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is not recommended to machine wash metallic-finished shoes as the agitation can damage the finish.
Are these trainers suitable for long-distance running?
No, these are designed for daily wear and walking rather than high-performance athletic running.
What is the sizing for this model?
This specific pair is a UK size 7.
Can I use orthotic insoles with these shoes?
While they feature specialized comfort technology, you may check if the existing footbed is removable to accommodate custom orthotics.
What should I do if the gold color begins to fade?
Keep the shoes away from prolonged direct heat and moisture, which can accelerate the wear of the metallic coating.
Troubleshooting
Laces feel too tight or loose
Adjust the lacing system to distribute pressure evenly across the bridge of the foot.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your FitFlop Flowease trainers remain in peak condition, perform a quick check of the laces to achieve your preferred tension during your first wear. These trainers are compatible with most casual wardrobes, including jeans, leggings, and casual trousers. To maintain the gold finish, wipe the exterior gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or heavy scrubbing brushes, as these can dull or scratch the metallic surface. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
