Troubleshooting
Brush head is shedding bristles.
This is uncommon with high-quality materials but if it occurs, it may indicate a defect. Contact customer support with your proof of purchase.
Holder is unstable.
Ensure the holder is placed on a flat, even surface. Check that the brush is properly seated within the holder, as its weight can affect stability if not centered.
Plastic appears discolored.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or harsh chemicals. Clean with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a damp cloth. If discoloration persists, it might be due to specific chemical reactions; consult the manufacturer's warranty.
Difficulty cleaning the holder.
Use a damp cloth with a little mild soap. For hard-to-reach areas inside the holder, a bottle brush might be helpful. Ensure it is thoroughly dried afterward.
