The Shires ARMA Cushion Web Lunge Line is an essential tool for equestrians seeking a reliable, 8-metre training lead that balances durability with a comfortable, lightweight design. Perfect for trainers of all levels who require consistent control during lunge sessions, the line is crafted from soft tubular webbing to reduce hand fatigue. While it offers excellent grip, users should be aware that the 8-metre length requires active management to prevent tangling during intense training sessions.

The nylon tubular webbing is resistant to water and will not easily absorb moisture like cotton, making it suitable for all-weather use.
No, this is specifically designed for lunging and training; it is not intended to be used as a cross-tie or for securing a horse.
The line measures 8 metres, which is the standard length for effective lunging training.
This specific guide covers the Cyan variant; check local inventory for availability of other color options.
Coil the line loosely and hang it on a hook in a dry tack room to avoid kinking and preserve the material shape.
Unclip the line and let it hang straight while pulling gently from one end to the other to reset the weave.
Check for debris or grit in the spring mechanism, rinse with water, and apply a light silicone lubricant if necessary.
Ensure you are using a secure, gloved grip when the line is wet or in humid weather conditions.
To begin using the lunge line, simply attach the swivel trigger clip to the ring of your lunge cavesson or the bit ring. Ensure the clip is fully locked before starting your session. The lunge line is compatible with all standard lunging equipment. Regarding care, the nylon material is highly resilient; if it becomes muddy or dusty, rinse it with cool water and a mild soap. Always hang the line in a dry, ventilated area to air dry completely after use to prevent mildew buildup and preserve the integrity of the webbing.
