FAQs
Is this suitcase carry-on approved?
Yes, with dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20 cm, it is designed to meet the cabin luggage requirements for the majority of commercial airlines.
Does this luggage have an expansion zipper?
No, the Wavebreaker model is a standard hard-shell case with a fixed 36-liter capacity.
Can I fit a laptop inside?
While there is no dedicated external laptop compartment, you can pack a laptop in the main compartment, provided you use a protective sleeve, as the interior is not specifically reinforced for electronics.
Is the material waterproof?
The hard shell is water-resistant and will protect your belongings from light rain or spills, but it should not be submerged in water.
What happens if I forget my lock combination?
As a safety feature, TSA locks are designed so that the manufacturer cannot override the code. Always keep a note of your code in a secure location.
Troubleshooting
Combination lock is jammed or will not open
Ensure you have entered the correct code correctly. If you have forgotten the code, TSA agents have a universal key, but owners generally cannot reset the lock without the existing combination.
Wheels are not spinning smoothly
Check for debris like hair or small pebbles caught in the wheel housing and carefully remove them to restore mobility.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set your TSA combination lock, keep the default 0-0-0 setting, press the release button, and change the dials to your preferred combination. To maintain your suitcase, wipe the exterior matte shell with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to remove travel debris; avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. The interior 100% recycled PET lining can be spot-cleaned if necessary. When storing, keep the suitcase in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the vibrancy of the Mickey Super Surfer print. This case is compatible with most standard overhead lockers globally due to its 55cm height.
