These Nike Training One 5" Bike Shorts are designed for women seeking comfortable and supportive activewear for workouts and everyday movement. Their key benefit is a secure, high-rise fit combined with moisture-wicking fabric for dryness. A potential consideration is the 5" inseam, which may be shorter than some prefer for full coverage. Key features include a smooth, stretchy fabric, a high-rise waistband, and Nike Dri-FIT technology.

Yes, the 5" inseam and moisture-wicking fabric make them suitable for running, though some runners may prefer a longer inseam.
They are made of 80% Polyester and 20% Elastane.
Refer to the Nike sizing chart, typically found on the product page or brand website. The description notes XS: UK 4-6, S: UK 8-10, M: UK 12-14, L: UK 16-18, XL: UK 20-22.
Yes, the stretchy, smooth fabric and secure fit are ideal for yoga and other flexibility-focused activities.
The pocket is designed to hold most phones. For specific dimensions, check the product specifications or test with your device.
Steam is a shade of green, as indicated by the colour family.
Machine wash in cold water with similar colors and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
Ensure you have selected the correct size by checking the size guide. If between sizes, consider the next size up for a less compressive fit.
Verify that the care instructions (low heat tumble dry or hang dry) are being followed. Over-drying on high heat can sometimes impact drying speed.
Ensure the shorts are pulled up fully to the high-rise position. If the size is correct, a properly fitted high-rise waistband should stay in place.
The absence of a front seam is designed to prevent this. Ensure the fit is correct; a size too small can increase friction.
These bike shorts require no setup; they are ready to wear out of the package. They are compatible with all types of athletic footwear and casual wear. For care, machine wash them in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can degrade the fabric's performance over time. Ensure the shorts are fully dry before storing to prevent mildew.
