Troubleshooting
Zipper is stiff or difficult to move.
Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper. Try gently wiggling the zipper pull. If the issue persists after washing, a small amount of zipper lubricant (like wax or a graphite pencil rubbed on the teeth) might help, but use sparingly and ensure it does not transfer to the fabric.
Garment seems to have shrunk after washing.
While the fabric is designed to be durable, excessive heat during washing or drying can cause shrinkage in cotton. Always follow the recommended care instructions: wash cold and tumble dry on low heat.
Baby seems uncomfortable or the fabric feels rough.
Ensure the garment has been washed at least once before the first wear to soften the 100% cotton. Always check the care label and follow washing instructions precisely. Make sure the size is correct and not too tight.
