The Lugg Air Glide 28-inch suitcase is designed for long-term travelers and those prioritizing durability who need a spacious, reliable solution for extended trips. Its primary benefit is the combination of a lightweight yet impact-resistant polycarbonate shell with whisper-quiet mobility, though its larger 28-inch size means it will require checking in for almost all commercial airline flights.

Ensure the release button is fully depressed and check for any debris in the handle tracks. Gently tap the handle base to dislodge potential obstructions.
If the lock is locked and the code is forgotten, you may need to consult a professional luggage repair service or contact the manufacturer's support for guidance on TSA-compatible reset procedures.
To set your TSA combination lock for the first time, follow the manufacturer instructions provided with the manual, typically involving holding the reset button while selecting your personal code. For maintenance, keep the outer shell clean by wiping it down with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals that could degrade the polycarbonate finish. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use and avoid stacking heavy items on top of the case to preserve the shape of the shell over time.
