FAQs

Does this package include the cushion insert?

No, the package includes the cover only.

Can I put this in the washing machine?

This product is designed for hand-washing to preserve the fabric quality.

Is the material suitable for pet owners?

The material is durable for daily use, but as with any fabric, excessive scratching may cause wear over time.

What should I do if the cover is too small for my cushion?

Ensure your cushion insert is not overstuffed; if the insert is significantly larger than the cover, it may cause the zipper to gap.

Is this product color-fast?

Yes, but to ensure the grey shade stays vibrant, avoid placing the cushion in direct, harsh sunlight for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

The zipper is difficult to move.

Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth. If it remains stuck, apply a small amount of paraffin wax or a graphite pencil lead to the teeth to lubricate them.

The cover looks wrinkled after washing.

While the cover is damp, gently pull the edges to reshape it, then lay it flat to air dry on a towel to minimize deep creasing.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Quick and simple to install with a secure zipper closure
  • Durable material designed for frequent daily contact
  • Easy to clean via hand-washing
  • Versatile grey color matches most interior palettes

Cons

  • Cushion insert not included
  • Hand-wash only recommended
  • Limited to indoor applications

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup

  1. Unzip the cover completely.
  2. Fold your existing cushion insert in half to reduce its width.
  3. Gently slide the folded insert into the cover corners first.
  4. Once positioned, smooth the fabric over the cushion and zip it closed.

Compatibility

This cover is designed for standard indoor cushion sizes. Check the dimensions of your current insert before purchasing to ensure a snug, professional fit.

Care Instructions

To maintain the appearance of the fabric, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Hang the cover to air dry naturally to prevent shrinkage and maintain the fabric's original texture.
