FAQs
Does this product come painted blue?
The product is supplied in raw steel. While referred to as part of the Blue family for sorting, the body is designed to develop a natural rust patina.
How heavy is the garden snail?
The snail weighs approximately 3.0 kg, making it heavy enough to be stable but light enough to move if necessary.
Can I prevent the rust?
If you wish to stop the natural rusting process, you can apply a clear metal lacquer or outdoor-grade protective oil to the raw steel.
What are the exact dimensions?
The snail measures 48 cm in height, 10 cm in width, and 26 cm in depth.
Can I leave it outside in the winter?
Yes, the steel construction is durable enough to withstand various weather conditions, including winter snow and rain.
Troubleshooting
Rust staining on patio surfaces
Place a non-porous mat or a clear sealant under the base of the snail to prevent the iron oxide from transferring to stone or wood.
Marble eyes look dull
Clean the marble surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to restore the original luster.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your LV Bespoke snail is straightforward. Simply select a level area in your garden where the weight of the 3.0 kg frame can be supported. If placing on a patio or deck, consider using a protective mat underneath, as the natural rusting process can stain light-colored stone or wood surfaces. To keep the marble eye features looking bright, wipe them gently with a damp cloth to remove any dust or debris accumulated during gardening tasks. No complex assembly is required; the item is ready to display immediately upon unboxing.
