FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers as it may damage the adhesive and structural integrity of the shoe. Stick to spot cleaning.
Do these come in other sizes?
Yes, the 323 series is available in various sizes for kids and adults, though specific colors and fastening systems may vary by model.
How do I know if the fit is correct?
There should be about a thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for growth and movement.
Can the insoles be replaced?
While the provided insoles are designed for comfort, they can generally be removed if you need to insert specialized orthotics.
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
New Balance is known for accommodating various foot shapes, but we recommend checking the specific width measurements for this size to ensure comfort.
Troubleshooting
Straps are not sticking properly
Use a small brush or tweezers to remove lint and debris trapped in the hook-and-loop fibers.
Shoes have developed an odor
Remove the insoles if possible and sprinkle a small amount of baking soda inside, letting it sit overnight before shaking it out.
Surface stains on the pink fabric
Use a mild soap solution and a soft-bristled brush to gently spot-clean the area; dab with a dry cloth to absorb excess moisture.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your New Balance IV323 trainers, follow these maintenance tips:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth to remove mud and surface dirt. Avoid submerging the shoes in water.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials.
- Strap Maintenance: Periodically remove lint or debris from the touch 'n' close straps to ensure they maintain a secure grip.
- Storage: Keep the shoes in a cool, dry area when not in use to allow the textile lining to breathe and stay fresh.
