Yes, the materials are quick-drying and designed to withstand water exposure, though they should be rinsed after use in salt or chlorinated water.
These are ideal for light hiking and well-maintained trails, but they are not intended for technical backcountry trekking or long-distance mountain expeditions.
Your foot should sit securely within the footbed borders with no part of your heel or toes hanging over the edges when strapped in.
The Life Natural treatment is long-lasting, but efficacy may diminish after extensive use. Regular cleaning helps maintain hygiene.
Yes, the webbing is made from traceable REPREVE® polyester yarn produced by Unifi®, which utilizes recycled plastic bottles.
It is recommended to hand wash these sandals. Machine washing can damage the synthetic materials and the integrity of the hook-and-loop closures.
Ensure the straps are adjusted properly so they lie flat. If they remain stiff, rinse them with water and let them air dry to soften the webbing fibers.
Check the outsole for mud or debris caught in the grooves; clean the tread thoroughly to restore grip.
Re-tighten the forefoot and ankle straps. Ensure the footbed is dry and free of sand or dust.
To achieve the best fit, adjust the heel strap first, followed by the ankle and forefoot straps. Ensure the straps are snug but not tight enough to restrict circulation. For care, keep your sandals performing at their best by rinsing them with fresh water after exposure to salt or mud. Use a soft brush to remove debris from the footbed and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources, which can degrade the adhesive and EVA foam over time. For deep cleaning, use mild soap and cold water; avoid the washing machine.
