Troubleshooting
Curtains appear wrinkled after washing.
Gently iron the curtains on a low setting while they are still slightly damp, or hang them immediately after washing to allow wrinkles to fall out.
Eyelets are difficult to slide on the rod.
Ensure the curtain rod is smooth and free of obstructions. The inner diameter of the eyelets is 4 cm, so confirm your rod fits within this size. You may also try a silicone-based lubricant on the rod for smoother sliding.
Embroidery appears snagged or pulled.
Handle the curtains gently during washing and avoid abrasive surfaces. If a snag occurs, try to carefully pull the thread back into place from the reverse side, or trim with sharp scissors if necessary, being careful not to cut the surrounding fabric.
