While they provide enough comfort for short warm-up jogs, they are optimized for gym training and weightlifting, not long-distance road running.
Yes, the shoe is designed with a reinforced, stable heel specifically to provide the foundation required for heavy weightlifting.
Use a soft, damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap to wipe away dirt. Avoid submerging in water.
Flywire uses high-strength cables to lock the midfoot in place, providing extra security and support during dynamic movements.
The durable rubber outsole is designed for gym surfaces, though it can handle occasional outdoor use; be aware that abrasive outdoor surfaces may wear the sole down faster.
Ensure the laces are pulled tight to engage the Flywire technology; check that your heel is fully seated against the back of the shoe.
Wear the shoes for light walking or low-impact activities for 1-2 days to allow the leather to naturally conform to your foot shape.
To ensure your trainers last, begin by wearing them for shorter sessions to break in the leather upper. Since these are leather shoes, avoid prolonged soaking in water. If they become dirty, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry them away from direct heat sources to prevent the material from drying out or cracking. Ensure you check that the laces are tightened appropriately before every session to engage the Flywire lockdown effectively.
