The Moncler Tibb Down Gilet is designed to provide warmth and protection during mid-season weather, offering a lightweight yet insulated layer.

The gilet must be hand washed using a mild detergent and cool water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Ensure it is thoroughly dried to maintain the down's loft.

While it offers good insulation, it is primarily designed for mid-season use. For extreme cold, it might be best used as a layering piece under a heavier outer jacket.

'Longue saison' refers to a type of nylon fabric known for its lightweight, durable, and protective qualities, often used in Moncler outerwear.

The nylon fabric offers protection against light rain. For heavy downpours, a waterproof outer layer is recommended.

The exterior and lining are made of 100% Polyamide/Nylon, while the padding consists of 90% down and 10% feathers.

Ensure the gilet is completely dry. Gently tumble dry on a low heat setting with a few clean tennis balls to help break up clumps and restore loft to the down filling. Alternatively, use a hairdryer on a cool setting while manually fluffing the down.

Apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil lead) or a silicone-based lubricant to the zipper teeth. Gently work the zipper up and down to loosen it.

This is a common characteristic of down-filled garments. Gently pull any protruding feathers back into the fabric from the inside. If excessive leakage occurs, it might indicate a fabric defect or damage to the seam.

Hang the gilet in a steamy bathroom for a short period or use a cool iron on the reverse side of the fabric, ensuring no direct heat is applied to the down or any embellishments. Avoid direct ironing.
