The Union Y-2648-PL-3.00 Tubular Mortice Latch is designed for timber doors that require lever handle operation. It features a quieter closing action due to its nylon latch mechanism. Please note this latch is not suitable for use with unsprung lever handles. The 76mm (3-inch) case size is compatible with handles requiring a 57mm backset. The latch has a polished brass finish and comes in Visi Pack packaging.
