It is recommended to rinse the mat after each use and machine wash it regularly (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly, depending on usage) to maintain hygiene and prevent odor or mold buildup.
This mat is specifically designed for shower trays. While it might fit in some bathtubs, its dimensions (approx. 53cm x 53cm) and suction cup placement are optimized for shower trays. For bathtubs, a larger bath mat is generally recommended.
This treatment provides anti-microbial properties, which help to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew on the surface of the mat, contributing to a more hygienic environment.
For optimal performance, ensure the shower tray surface is clean and wet. Dampen the underside of the mat slightly and press down firmly on each suction cup to create a strong hold.
