Troubleshooting
Print has minor creases or folds upon arrival.
Lay the print flat on a clean surface, image side up. Gently place heavy, flat objects (like books) on top for several hours to help flatten it. If framed, the frame may help to hold it flat.
Colors appear duller than expected.
Ensure the print is viewed in adequate lighting. Different lighting conditions can affect color perception. Avoid direct, harsh light which might wash out colors.
Difficulty fitting into a specific frame.
This print is designed for GB eye Frames. If using a different frame, ensure it is the correct size (30.5 x 40.6cm). Minor adjustments might be needed for non-specific frames.
