Troubleshooting

Hardware is tarnished or scratched

Gently polish the hardware with a soft, dry cloth. For significant scratches, professional restoration may be considered, though caution is advised to avoid damaging the leather.

Leather shows signs of creasing or scuffing

Minor creases may naturally develop with use. For scuffs, try to gently buff the area with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using any liquid cleaners or conditioners not specifically designed for fine leather.

Suede lining is dirty

Use a suede brush or a clean, dry cloth to gently remove surface dirt. For stubborn stains, consult a professional leather and suede cleaner.

Strap adjustment is stiff

Gently work the strap mechanism back and forth. Avoid forcing any components. If the issue persists, the bag may have a slight manufacturing tolerance issue.
