Troubleshooting
Shelf is wobbly after mounting.
Ensure all mounting screws are tightened securely into the wall. Check that the wall plugs are appropriate for your wall type and are properly inserted. Re-level the shelf before final tightening.
Surface has a scratch or mark.
For minor scratches, try buffing gently with a soft cloth. For tougher marks, use a slightly damp cloth with a very mild soap solution, then dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaning materials.
Difficulty aligning multiple shelves.
Use a level and a measuring tape to ensure consistent spacing and alignment before drilling holes for subsequent shelves. Plan your arrangement on paper first.
