The New Balance 373 trainers are not explicitly waterproof. It is recommended to apply a protective spray if you plan on wearing them in damp conditions.
While they are inspired by running designs, they are intended for lifestyle and casual use and do not offer the support or impact protection required for professional running.
The 373 series typically follows standard UK sizing. We recommend referencing your existing New Balance shoes or using a standard foot measuring guide.
Yes, the insoles are typically removable if you need to insert your own custom orthotics.
The 373 features a standard width. If you have particularly wide feet, you may want to try a half-size up or look for specifically marked wide-fit models.
Consider a double knot or replacing the laces with textured flat laces for better grip.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove loose dust and debris from the surface regularly.
Use shoe trees when not in use to help the shoe maintain its shape and minimize permanent creases.
For the best experience, ensure you have the correct size for your foot shape, as the 373 series follows standard sizing. To care for your trainers, avoid machine washing as this can damage the structural integrity and materials. Instead, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap for routine dirt removal. For suede or leather variations, use appropriate brushes or specialized cleaning kits to maintain the texture. Allow shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials.
