Troubleshooting

Visor fogs up.

Use an anti-fog treatment or insert an anti-fog insert. Ensure proper ventilation by slightly opening the visor.

Helmet feels too tight.

Check the sizing and ensure you have the correct size. The cheek pads may need to break in. If discomfort persists, consider a different size.

Chin strap is difficult to adjust.

Ensure the strap is threaded correctly through the buckles and sliders. Adjust the strap while the helmet is on your head for a proper fit.

Visor mechanism sticks or is hard to operate.

Check for debris or obstructions in the mechanism. Lubricate the mechanism with a silicone-based lubricant if necessary. Avoid using oil-based lubricants.
