Troubleshooting

Washing line not extending smoothly

Check for any obstructions or kinks in the line. Ensure the line is not twisted. Clean the retracting mechanism with a dry brush.

Lines feel loose or saggy

Adjust the tension of the lines by re-securing them at the opposite end. Ensure both lines are extended evenly.

Mounting bracket feels unstable

Verify that the bracket is securely fastened to a sturdy wall. Check that the correct wall plugs and screws for your wall type are used and tightened properly.

Unit doesn't retract fully

Inspect the retracting mechanism for dirt or debris. Gently guide the line while initiating retraction. Ensure the line is not snagged on anything.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Choose a sturdy wall surface (brick, concrete, or solid wood).
  2. Position the mounting bracket at your desired height.
  3. Mark the screw holes and drill appropriately sized holes.
  4. Insert the provided wall plugs.
  5. Secure the bracket firmly to the wall using the included screws.
  6. Attach the main unit to the bracket.
