Troubleshooting

The strap is no longer sticking effectively

Check the hook-and-loop surface for lint or debris and remove it with a small brush or pair of tweezers.

The shoes feel tight after a growth spurt

As these shoes feature fixed elastic laces, they cannot be loosened; it is time to transition to the next size up.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Character BTS Loafer Ch64 remains in good condition, follow these simple guidelines:

Sizing: These shoes follow standard UK children's sizing. Ensure you measure the child's foot with socks on before selecting the appropriate size.
Cleaning: Spot clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or placing them in a tumble dryer, as this can damage the structural integrity of the internal padding.
Maintenance: Periodically check the outsole for trapped debris or pebbles that may affect grip. Keep the hook-and-loop fastener free of lint or thread to ensure the strap retains its sticking strength.
