FAQs

How do I clean my UGG Classic II Boots?

Use a damp cloth to spot-clean the boots. For tougher stains, use a suede cleaner and brush gently.

Are these boots waterproof?

The boots are pretreated to repel water and stains, but they are not fully waterproof. Prolonged exposure to heavy rain may cause moisture penetration.

Can I put the boots in the washing machine?

No, do not put the boots in the washing machine. This can damage the sheepskin and the structure of the boots. Spot clean only.

How do I dry the boots if they get wet?

Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight. Stuff them with paper towels to help absorb moisture.

What is the material of the lining?

The lining is made of plush sheepskin, which provides warmth and comfort.

How long will the boots last?

With proper care, the boots can last for several seasons. Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential.

Can I use any protector spray on the boots?

It is recommended to use a protector spray specifically designed for suede and sheepskin materials. These are available from UGG or other reputable shoe care brands.

Troubleshooting

Boots appear stained or dirty.

Use a suede cleaner and a soft brush to gently clean the affected areas. Follow the cleaning instructions carefully.

Boots feel less warm over time.

Ensure the boots are dry. Fluff the sheepskin lining with your fingers or a brush to restore loft. Consider a sheepskin cleaner.

The outsole is losing grip.

Clean the outsole with a brush and water to remove any dirt or debris that may be affecting traction.
