Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your Peregrine 16s, ensure you have selected the correct size; as a performance trainer, a snug but not tight fit is recommended to prevent foot sliding on steep descents. If you are transitioning from a traditional high-drop road shoe, consider alternating your wear for the first few sessions to adapt to the 4mm drop. For care, avoid machine washing. Remove mud after runs by tapping the soles together or using a soft-bristled brush. If the shoes become saturated, remove the insoles and stuff them with newspaper in a dry, ventilated area—avoid direct heat sources like radiators, which can degrade the foam and glue.
