Full details

The Redshift ShockStop Suspension Seatpost is designed for gravel, road, and e-bike riders looking to reduce fatigue and increase comfort over rough terrain. By providing 35mm of tunable, ultra-responsive suspension travel, this component helps you float over bumps and road vibrations, allowing for longer, faster rides with less physical impact. While it significantly enhances ride quality, users should note that it requires specific setup adjustments to tune the suspension spring to their body weight for optimal performance.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation is similar to a standard seatpost, requiring a bike multi-tool to secure your saddle. To maximize performance, it is critical to consult the included manual to select the correct spring configuration for your rider weight. Once installed, use the preload adjustment bolt to fine-tune the stiffness until you achieve your preferred sag. For maintenance, keep the linkage area clean from heavy mud or debris to ensure smooth movement. Periodically check the bolt torques to ensure they remain within the manufacturer's specified range.
