Troubleshooting
Mat is shedding fibers excessively.
This is normal, especially when the mat is new. Shake the mat regularly to remove loose fibers. Vacuuming can also help. The shedding should decrease over time.
Mat is not lying flat.
Place heavy objects on the corners for a few days to help flatten it. Ensure the mat is placed on a flat surface.
Stains are difficult to remove.
Blot the stain with a clean cloth and a mild soap and water solution. Avoid scrubbing, as this can damage the fibers.
