Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Gul FLEXOR 654 boots, follow these practices:
- Fitting: When putting the boots on, ensure the internal split-toe aligns correctly between your big toe and second toe before pulling the heel over. Use the heel pull tab to avoid over-stretching the ankle cuff.
- Rinsing: Always rinse the boots with fresh water after every use, especially after saltwater exposure, to prevent salt crystallization that can degrade the rubber.
- Drying: Air dry the boots in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat sources like radiators, as these can weaken the natural Yulex rubber and the seam seals.
- Storage: Store the boots standing up or laid flat in a cool, dry place. Ensure they are completely dry before long-term storage to prevent odors.
