FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
The adjustable buckle strap provides some flexibility, but the suede material has less stretch than synthetic mesh.
Can I wear these in the rain?
It is not recommended. Suede can be damaged by water; use a protective spray if you must wear them in damp conditions.
How do I choose the correct size?
These shoes follow standard UK sizing; refer to your usual shoe size for the best fit.
Is the sole removable?
The product features a standard integrated insole; it is not designed for frequent removal.
What is the best way to store them?
Use a shoe tree or stuff the shoes with tissue paper to maintain their shape when not in use.
Troubleshooting
Buckle strap feels loose during walking
Adjust the buckle to a tighter hole setting to ensure a snug fit around the instep.
Suede looks dull or flat
Gently use a suede brush in a circular motion to lift the fibers and restore the texture.
Water spots on the suede
Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from heat sources, then brush the affected area.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Puma Tacklette shoes remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Fitting: Adjust the buckle strap to a tension that feels secure but does not pinch your skin or restrict circulation.
- Weather Protection: Before your first wear, it is recommended to use a suede-specific water-repellent spray.
- Cleaning: Use a specialized suede brush to remove dirt and restore the nap. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
