It is generally recommended to hand clean with a damp cloth to protect the memory foam and Heel Pillow structure.
Yes, they generally follow standard UK sizing, but since they are slip-ins, a snug fit is necessary for the heel technology to work.
These are designed as casual lifestyle trainers and are not recommended for running or high-impact athletic activities.
It means the shoes are manufactured using no animal-derived materials, including glues or dyes.
The laces are decorative/adjustable for aesthetic purposes; once set to your preference, the shoe functions as a slip-on.
Ensure the size is correct and that the Heel Pillow is positioned firmly against the back of your heel.
Use a mild soap and cold water solution on a soft brush to gently spot clean the area, then air dry away from direct heat.
Because these are slip-in trainers, no complex setup is required. To ensure maximum longevity, wipe the exterior mesh with a damp cloth to remove surface dust. While the materials are durable, it is recommended to avoid heavy machine washing to preserve the integrity of the internal memory foam and the Heel Pillow structure. Ensure you are wearing the correct UK size for your foot to allow the Heel Pillow to sit flush against your heel; if the shoe feels too loose, the support benefit will be significantly reduced.
