This Craghoppers NosiLife Solar Shield+ Long-Sleeved Top is designed for adult females seeking sun and insect protection during travel in hot climates. Its primary benefit is offering UPF50+ sun protection and insect repellency in a single, comfortable garment, though it's primarily a travel-focused item rather than everyday activewear. Key features include moisture-wicking fabric, odor elimination, and easy-care properties, all made from recycled polyester.

The NosiLife technology is permanently bonded to the fabric fibers and is designed to remain effective for the expected lifetime of the garment when cared for correctly.
Yes, the SolarShield+ fabric provides UPF50+ protection that is inherent to the material and does not wash out.
While designed for travel, its comfort and protective features make it suitable for any outdoor activity where sun and insect protection are desired, such as gardening or picnics.
No, the NosiLife treatment is odorless and does not affect the scent of the garment.
It's a special print that becomes visible or changes appearance when exposed to UV light, offering a subtle visual cue.
Machine wash cold (30°C), do not bleach, tumble dry low or line dry, and iron on low. Crucially, do not use fabric softeners or biological washing agents.
It means the fabric is designed to be machine washable and dry rapidly, often overnight, making it convenient for travelers with limited laundry facilities.
Ensure you are not using fabric softeners or biological detergents. Wash according to the specific care instructions for NosiLife and SolarShield+ fabrics.
Check for any residue from incorrect washing agents. Ensure the garment is clean and free of dirt or sweat buildup which can impede breathability. Re-wash with a mild detergent.
The NosiLife treatment is designed to last for the lifetime of the garment, but effectiveness can be reduced by improper washing. Ensure correct washing procedures are followed. The protection is a barrier, not a repellent spray.
Setup: This is a ready-to-wear garment. No setup is required beyond ensuring it fits correctly.
Compatibility: Compatible with standard outdoor clothing and gear. Its design makes it suitable for layering under jackets or wearing on its own.
