While the design is sturdy, the platform height may not be suitable for everyday wear. Reserve them for special occasions to maximize comfort and longevity.
Treat the satin with a fabric protector spray before first wear to repel water and stains. Always store them in a dust bag.
If the heel is damaged, take the pumps to a professional cobbler for repair. Avoid wearing the shoes if the heel is unstable.
Store the pumps in their original box or a dust bag, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain their shape and protect the materials.
For parts like the buckle, contact Versace customer service or a qualified shoe repair shop.
Ensure the strap is aligned correctly. If the issue persists, consider adjusting the strap's length or visiting a cobbler.
Gently blot the stain with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid rubbing, which could spread the stain. For tougher stains, seek professional cleaning.
These pumps don't require any setup. They are ready to wear upon arrival.
