Yes, both the stainless steel body and the flip straw cap are dishwasher safe.
The Thrive series is designed for cold beverages; using hot liquids may create pressure in the straw and is not recommended.
We recommend cleaning the straw and cap components after every use to prevent mold or bacterial growth.
The 740ml size is designed to fit most standard vehicle cup holders, though it may vary depending on your specific car model.
Yes, all CamelBak products are 100% BPA, BPS, and BPF free.
Check if the straw is correctly attached to the lid mechanism or if there is a blockage in the intake valve.
Ensure the lid is screwed on tightly and inspect the silicone gasket on the lid for debris or improper seating.
If the exterior feels cold and wet, check for structural damage to the vacuum seal, though this is rare in normal conditions.
Setting up your bottle is simple: rinse all components with warm, soapy water before your first use to ensure the straw and lid pathways are clear. When assembling, ensure the silicone seals are properly seated to maintain the leak-proof guarantee. For care, the bottle is fully dishwasher safe; however, for maximum longevity, occasionally hand-washing the cap and straw with a small brush can help remove residue in hard-to-reach areas. Avoid using harsh abrasive scrubbers on the exterior to preserve the finish.
