Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Excelsa Platinum glassware remains in pristine condition, follow these guidelines:
- Initial Setup: Wash the glasses thoroughly with a mild detergent before their first use to remove any production residue.
- Dishwasher Use: While the glasses are dishwasher safe, it is recommended to place them in the top rack. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents that could scratch the delicate silver wire edge.
- Hand Washing: To maintain the brilliance of the silver trim, hand washing with a soft sponge is the best practice to prevent potential fading caused by harsh dishwasher detergents.
- Storage: Store in a dry, stable cabinet. Avoid stacking glasses inside one another without protective padding, as this can cause friction against the silver trim.
