Product Information

Full details

Pack of two hundred and fifty burger making wax discs for use with all home made burger makers. The discs separate the burgers ready for use and help maintain the thick round shape before cooking. Size: 9cm approx. Use these 8.5 cm (3½") wax paper burger discs to help turn meaty mixtures into temptingly tidy little burgers. They are designed for the KitchenCraft burger press (KCBPRESS), but should work with any model. These circles stop meat sticking to the press. Slip them between homemade burgers to lock in moisture and stop them sticking when frozen. Pack contents include 250 discs (on average).
