Troubleshooting
Lunch box lid is difficult to close
Ensure the silicone dividers are not positioned too high or preventing the lid from seating correctly. Check for any food debris around the rim of the tin or the lid.
Food is not staying hot/cold as expected
The stainless steel tin provides some insulation but is not a thermal vacuum container. For extended temperature retention, pre-heat or pre-cool the tin before packing, and consider using an insulated lunch bag.
Silicone dividers are stained or have odors
Wash thoroughly with warm, soapy water immediately after use. For persistent issues, try soaking in a diluted vinegar solution or a baking soda paste, then rinse well.
