Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Lacing: Loosen the laces adequately before putting on the boots. The `textile collar` is designed for a snug fit, so a little extra effort to guide your foot in ensures a proper, secure feel.
- Fit: Once your foot is in, pull the laces firmly, but not too tightly, ensuring your foot is secure without discomfort. The `cushioned insole` should provide immediate comfort.
- Break-in: As with all new football boots, a short break-in period during light training sessions is recommended to allow the material to mold to your foot's unique shape.
Compatibility
These boots feature an `FG/MG (Firm Ground / Multi-Ground)` soleplate, making them highly versatile. They are perfectly suited for:
- Natural Grass Pitches (Firm Ground): Optimal performance on dry, natural grass fields.
- Artificial Grass Pitches: Also suitable for most modern artificial turf surfaces. Avoid using on abrasive surfaces not intended for football boots, as this can cause premature wear.
Care
Proper care extends the life and performance of your boots:
- Cleaning: After each use, remove any excess dirt and mud from the soleplate and upper using a soft brush or damp cloth. Do not use harsh detergents.
- Drying: Allow boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight, radiators, or tumble dryers, as extreme heat can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry place, ideally with boot trees or crumpled paper inside to help maintain their shape.
- Avoid Machine Washing: Never machine wash your football boots, as this can damage their structure and materials.
