The Apple Magic Keyboard is designed for iPad Pro 12.9-inch users who want to transform their tablet into a laptop-like workstation with a superior typing experience. It offers a unique floating cantilever design, an integrated trackpad for advanced iPadOS navigation, and convenient passthrough charging; however, it is a significant investment that adds noticeable weight and bulk to the tablet setup.

No, the keyboard is not waterproof. Avoid spills and keep it away from liquid sources.
It is specifically designed for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro (3rd through 6th generations). It is not compatible with smaller models or older iPads.
Yes, the keyboard features backlit keys that automatically adjust based on ambient lighting conditions.
Disconnect the iPad Pro, ensure the magnetic smart connector pins are clean and free of debris, then re-attach.
Ensure the power adapter is connected to the USB-C port on the hinge, not the iPad itself, and that the cable is fully inserted.
Clean the surface of the trackpad with a dry cloth and ensure your fingers are clean and dry.
To set up, simply bring your iPad Pro near the magnetic surface of the keyboard; the device will snap into place and connect automatically. This keyboard is compatible with the 12.9-inch iPad Pro (3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th generations). To maintain the device, wipe the keys and exterior casing with a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild screen cleaner. Avoid getting moisture into the hinge or the USB-C charging port. When storing, ensure no debris is trapped between the keyboard and screen, as the tight clearance could lead to potential surface marks.
