Ensure the lid is securely tightened. Check for any damage to the lid seal or tumbler body that could compromise the vacuum insulation. Pre-heating or pre-chilling the tumbler with hot or cold water for a few minutes before adding your beverage can also enhance temperature retention.

Verify that the lid is screwed on correctly and tightly. Inspect the silicone gasket or O-ring within the lid for proper seating, damage, or wear. If damaged, a replacement lid might be needed.

Thoroughly clean the tumbler and lid, paying close attention to the seals and any small crevices, using warm water and mild dish soap. For persistent odors, a solution of baking soda and water can be left in the tumbler overnight before rinsing.

This indicates a potential issue with the vacuum insulation. If the exterior temperature matches the interior liquid temperature, the vacuum seal may be compromised. Ensure the tumbler has not been damaged or dropped recently. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
