This Mountain Warehouse Ski Jacket & Trousers Set is designed for adult females seeking reliable protection and comfort during winter sports. Its key benefit is providing an insulated and water-repellent layer suitable for snowy conditions. A minor caveat is that it is primarily designed for skiing and snowboarding, and may be overkill for casual winter wear. The set includes a jacket and trousers, both made from 100% Polyester with microfibre filling and featuring DWR Finish for water resistance. Key features include a grown-on adjustable hood, adjustable cuffs, integrated snow gaiters, and a snowskirt for comprehensive coverage.

The set is made from 100% Polyester with a Microfibre filling. The fabric also features a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) Finish.
The set features a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish, which means it repels water and light snow. It is not fully waterproof, but offers good protection against typical winter precipitation during sports.
The integrated snowskirt on the jacket and snow gaiters on the trousers are designed to prevent snow from entering the clothing during activities like skiing or snowboarding, especially if you fall or encounter deep snow.
The set can be machine washed at 30°C. Avoid using bleach, tumble drying on high heat, ironing, or dry cleaning.
The hood is described as 'Grown On', meaning it is attached to the jacket and does not detach.
The jacket has a total of 4 pockets, all of which feature zips for secure closure.
While designed for skiing and snowboarding, the set can be worn for other cold-weather outdoor activities where insulation and some water resistance are beneficial. However, its specific features like snow gaiters are most useful for snow sports.
The DWR finish may need to be replenished. Consider using a wash-in or spray-on water repellent treatment suitable for polyester after cleaning, following the product's instructions.
Gently clean the zipper teeth with a soft brush and water. Apply a silicone-based lubricant or graphite (from a pencil tip) to the teeth to help it glide smoothly.
Consult the size guide for accurate measurements before purchasing. Adjust the cuffs, hood, and waist (where applicable) for a better fit. If the fit is significantly off, consider exchanging for a different size if possible.
Setup: This is a ready-to-wear apparel set. Ensure the correct size is selected using the provided size guide before wearing.
Compatibility: The set is designed for winter sports, specifically skiing and snowboarding. It can be layered with thermal base layers and mid-layers for added warmth in extreme conditions. The sizing is based on standard UK dress sizes.
