Full details
The adidas XLG Runner Trainers are designed for fashion-forward adults who prioritize a blend of contemporary aesthetics and everyday comfort. These sneakers provide a versatile look suitable for casual outings and light daily activity, featuring a stylish Core Black and Iron Metallic colorway. One caveat to note is that these trainers are specifically engineered for casual lifestyle wear rather than high-intensity athletic training, so they may not offer the technical support required for long-distance running.

FAQs
Are these trainers suitable for wide feet?
The XLG Runner follows a standard adult fit. If you typically require wide-width shoes, it is recommended to try them on to ensure a comfortable fit.
Can I use these for running?
While they are named 'Runner' and feature an athletic silhouette, they are designed as lifestyle trainers for casual use, not for athletic performance running.
How do I determine my size?
We recommend referencing the standard adidas size guide and comparing it against your current footwear for the most accurate fit.
Are these shoes machine washable?
No, it is not recommended to wash these in a machine. Stick to manual cleaning with a damp cloth to preserve the structural integrity and materials.
Is the material waterproof?
The materials are not waterproof. We advise avoiding wear during heavy rain or in wet, muddy conditions to prevent damage.
What is the primary color of this model?
The primary color is Core Black, accented with Iron Metallic details.
Troubleshooting
Creasing in the toe box area
Use a shoe tree when not wearing the trainers to help maintain their original shape.
Visible scuffs on the Iron Metallic details
Gently clean the affected area with a soft cloth and a mild soap-and-water solution; avoid abrasive brushes.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your adidas XLG Runner Trainers maintain their appearance, follow these care steps:
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt and dust.
- Storage: Store your sneakers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation or color fading.
- Moisture: If the trainers become wet, air dry them naturally at room temperature. Avoid using heaters or hair dryers, as extreme heat can warp the materials.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the outsoles for debris like small rocks or mud trapped in the tread patterns to maintain optimal grip.
