Troubleshooting

Carafe leaks or drips when pouring.

Ensure the silicone lid is properly seated and aligned on the glass opening. Check the lid's seal for any debris or damage. The 'Splash' lid is designed for minimal dripping; slight moisture may still occur.

Lid is difficult to remove or put on.

Ensure the lid is clean and dry. The silicone may require a slight twist or gentle pressure to seal correctly. Do not force the lid, as this could damage the seal.

Cloudiness or residue on the glass.

This could be due to hard water deposits. Try cleaning with a mixture of white vinegar and water, or use a dishwasher cleaner. Ensure the dishwasher is adequately rinsing.

Carafe does not fit in refrigerator compartment.

The carafe dimensions are 9cm x 9cm x 29cm. Check the exact measurements of your refrigerator's door shelves. It is designed for standard compartments, but some specific models may vary.
