Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your skirt remains in optimal condition, consider the following care guidelines:
- Storage: Hang the skirt on a skirt hanger with padded clips to avoid indentations on the satin fabric. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Cleaning: Due to the satin material and delicate fringing, professional dry cleaning is highly recommended. If spot cleaning is necessary, use a soft, damp cloth and dab gently—do not rub.
- Ironing: Use a low-heat setting or a garment steamer. Keep the steamer moving constantly to avoid heat damage to the satin fibers and to prevent the fringe from matting.
- Handling: Be cautious of jewelry, watches, or rough surfaces that could catch and snag the delicate satin or fringe threads.
