Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Trainers - Iron Grey - Silver - Size 13

The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 trainers are generally designed with a standard width. If you have significantly wide feet, they might feel snug. It is recommended to try them on if possible or consider the next size up if experiencing tightness.

Clean the reflective elements gently with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid scrubbing aggressively, as this could damage the reflective coating.

Zoom Air cushioning provides a highly responsive feel, offering excellent shock absorption and a springy sensation with each step, which helps reduce fatigue during high-impact activities.

The Zoom Vomero 5 features a multi-surface traction outsole, which offers good grip on various terrains. However, they are primarily designed for road running and general training. For technical trails with uneven surfaces or significant mud, dedicated trail running shoes might offer better performance and protection.

The lifespan of cushioning varies depending on usage frequency, intensity, and individual weight. For regular running, the Zoom Air cushioning should maintain its responsiveness for several hundred miles. It's important to monitor the feel of the cushioning over time.

No, the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 trainers are not waterproof. They feature a breathable mesh upper designed for ventilation, which means they are not designed to keep water out.

Ensure you have the correct size. If still tight, try loosening the laces and wearing with athletic socks. The mesh and cushioning may also break in slightly over time.

The Zoom Air cushioning may take a few wears to fully activate. If performance degrades significantly, the lifespan of the cushioning may be nearing its end.

While the outsole offers multi-surface traction, wet or highly polished surfaces can reduce grip. Exercise caution in such conditions.

Verify that the shoes fit correctly and are laced properly. Consider if the support and cushioning profile matches your gait and running style. Break them in gradually.
