Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 41 trainers require no specific setup. Upon receiving them, ensure they fit comfortably. It is recommended to wear them for short distances initially to allow your feet to adapt to the shoe's structure.
Compatibility: These trainers are compatible with most standard athletic socks. They are designed for use on roads, tracks, and light trails. They are not intended for heavy hiking or activities requiring specialized footwear.
Care: To maintain the condition of your trainers:
- Cleaning: Gently clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh scrubbing, which can damage the materials. For the insoles, remove them and hand wash with mild soap and water, then allow them to air dry completely.
- Drying: If the shoes become wet, stuff them with newspaper to absorb moisture and allow them to air dry at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, as this can warp the shoe.
- Storage: Store the trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing them in plastic bags, as this can trap moisture. It's best to store them in an open area or a breathable shoe bag.
