FAQs
Are these lights waterproof?
They are IP44 rated, meaning they are splashproof and safe for use outdoors in protected areas, but they should not be submerged in water.
Can I replace the individual LED bulbs?
No, the LEDs are fixed to the wire and cannot be replaced individually.
How long will the batteries last?
Battery life varies based on the quality of batteries used, but the 6-hour timer is optimized to extend longevity for several weeks of regular use.
Does the wire get hot?
No, these are LED lights which run cool to the touch, making them safe for use near fabrics or foliage.
Is the wire visible in daylight?
The silver wire is thin and discreet, blending well with most light-colored backgrounds or indoor decor.
Troubleshooting
Lights will not turn on.
Check that the batteries are inserted correctly and replace them with fresh, high-quality AA batteries.
The timer is not working correctly.
Reset the timer by switching the unit to the 'off' position for ten seconds, then turn it back on at the desired time.
Lights appear dim.
Battery voltage may be low; replace all three batteries simultaneously with a new set.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin, open the battery compartment located on the power pack and insert three fresh AA batteries following the indicated polarity. The lights are intended to be kept away from direct submersion in water despite the IP44 rating. When storing the lights, coil the silver wire carefully to prevent kinks or wire fatigue. If the lights are used outdoors, ensure the battery box is kept in a dry, protected location to prolong its lifespan and maintain the internal connections.
