While the lights are designed for outdoor use and are weather-resistant, they can also be used indoors if desired. However, ensure the plug is connected to an indoor socket.

Each figure comes with a 5-meter lead wire from the plug to the start of the figure, providing flexibility for placement.

The timer is typically activated by a button or switch on the plug or control box. Once plugged in and switched on, the timer will automatically engage, turning the lights on for 6 hours and off for 18 hours each day.

The set includes a Stag (H 80cm x L 50cm x W 14cm), a Doe (H 50cm x W 55cm x D 13cm), and a Fawn (H 35cm x W 36cm x D 9cm).

The LEDs are integrated and generally not designed for user replacement. If multiple LEDs fail, please refer to the troubleshooting section or contact customer support.

The set includes the stag, doe, and fawn figures, along with ground stakes and guy ropes for stability. The power cord is attached to one of the figures.

There are a total of 240 LEDs distributed across the three reindeer figures.

Confirm that the timer is activated and set to the correct 6-hour cycle. Ensure the main lights are switched on for the timer to operate. Check the power supply is consistent.
